Three-Course Dinners

All plated dinners are served with bakery fresh artisan rolls and butter and freshly brewed regular or decaffeinated coffee and assorted specialty teas.  20 person minimum.  Under 20 people, add $5.00 per person.

Menu One – $29 per person
Cream of Wild Prairie Mushroom Soup
with garlic crostini and tarragon oil
Roasted Stuffed Turkey Breast
with savory broiche stuffing, maple peppercorns, glazed brussel sprouts, cranberry mulled wine chutney, confit sweet potatoes and natural gravy
Baked Upside Down Apple Toffee Cake
with brandy butterscotch sauce, pecan brittle and rum & raisin ice cream

Menu Two – $30 per person
Caprese Salad
Duo of cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil Genovese pesto
Pan-Fried Chicken Milanese
served with creamy cauliflower and cheese risotto, finished with asparagus salsa verde adn smoked red pepper coulis
Classic Tirmaisu
with strawberry salsa and balsamic chocolate sauce

Menu Three – $28 per person
Homemade Vegetable Samosas
with chickpea and cucumber salsa and mango chutney
BBQ Tandoori Atlantic Salmon Fillet
served with mustard seed and fennel slaw, tomato raita, naan bread
Lime & Coconut Panna Cotta
with mango compote and crispy cilantro

Menu Four – $30 per person
Classic Caesar Salad
Chopped hearts of romaine lettuce, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, focaccia croutons, Asiago-Caesar dressing, fresh lemon wedges
Confit Garlic and Rosemary Marinated Pork Belly
with braised kale, sweet & sour apple jam and a warm bacon mustard fingerling potato salad
Homemade New York Cheesecake
with black forest berry coulis and chocolate shavings

Menu Five – $34 per person
Garden Pea Ratatouille Salad
with avocado mousse, micro herbs, lime and mint dressing
Grilled Sterling Silver 8 oz New York Steak
served with horseradish mashed potatoes and truffled green asparagus, creamy mushroom and spinach ragout and red wine jus
Double Chocolate and Banana Brownie
with raspberry cream anglaise and caramelized marshmallows

Grilled Butter Lettuce Wedge Salad
with crumbled blue cheese, apple-wood smoked bacon, scallions, tomato and apple cider vinaigrette
Surf ‘n Turf Beef Tenderloin
6 oz beef tenderloin with green pea and short rib risotto, wasabi tuille, white shaved asparagus and langoustine salad; butter poached lobster with merlot scented jus
Mayan Chocolate Crunch Pyramid
Almond and chocolate crunch with berry compote, almond brittle and orange sherbert
