Three-Course Dinners

All plated dinners are served with bakery fresh artisan rolls and butter and freshly brewed regular or decaffeinated coffee and assorted specialty teas.  20 person minimum.  Under 20 people, add $5.00 per person.

Menu One – $30 per person
Caprese Salad
With buffalo mozzarella and a sun-dried tomato pesto balsamic reduction
Pan-Fried Chicken Milanese
served with creamy cheese risotto, finished with asparagus and salsa verde
Classic Tirmaisu
with strawberry salsa and balsamic chocolate sauce

Menu Two – $29 per person
Homemade Vegetable Strudel
served on a bed of braised kale and balsamic salad
Pan-fried Atlantic Salmon Fillet
served with lemon and herb potatoes, broccoli florets and roasted cherry tomatoes
Lime & Coconut Panna Cotta
with mango compote and crispy cilantro

Menu Three – $30 per person
Classic Caesar Salad
Chopped hearts of romaine lettuce, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, focaccia croutons, Asiago-Caesar dressing, fresh lemon wedges
Garlic and Rosemary Marinated Pork Loin
served with a warm bacon and mustard potato salad, braised kale and sour apple jam
Homemade New York Cheesecake
with black forest berry coulis and chocolate shavings

Menu Four – $34 per person
Butter Lettuce Salad
with apples, walnuts and blue cheese and shallot dressing
Grilled AAA 8 oz New York Steak
served with horseradish mashed potatoes and green asparagus, creamy mushroom and spinach ragout 
Double Chocolate Brownie
with raspberry cream anglaise
