Meeting Essentials Package #3 Small Groups

This all-day food and beverage package is offered for group sizes up to 20 people and includes everything necessary to please your participants while taking care of business.  This package is available Monday-Friday from September to June.

Cost includes flipchart and markers, wired and wireless high speed internet connection, power bar, extension cord, notepads, pens, ice water and glasses on tables.

Continental Breakfast

Chef’s selection of assorted muffins, scones and mini breakfast pastries with whipped butter, assorted jams and honey
Fresh hand-cut seasonal fruits
Pitchers of apple, orange and cranberry juice
Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and a selection of specialty teas

Mid Morning Refresh

Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and a selection of specialty teas.   Fresh fruit and baking will be replenished prior to your break.

Lunch Buffet Reservation in our Restaurant

Take a break from your meeting room and enjoy our Chef’s Daily Hot Lunch Buffet in the restaurant.  Your table(s) will be reserved and buffet charges (including a non-alcoholic beverage) will be billed as part of the package.  This will enable your group to break, eat and return to your meeting room revitalized for the rest of the day.

All prices are subject to 5% GST and a 15% service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.

A guaranteed number of guests attending must be received 72 hours prior to your function. Menu selection to be finalized 21 days in advance.
