Planning a special occasion such as a Baptism, Birthday or Wedding Reception?  Our Executive Chef, who was born and trained in India, has specially designed these authentic Indian buffets, featuring a feast of flavours that can be mixed and matched to please both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests.

Indian Lunch Buffet – $22 per person

Appetizers:
Aaloo Channa Chat
Chickpea and potato salad
Pappad and Pickles and Raita
Spicy lentil wafers, deep-fried and served with  yogurt mixed with cucumbers, carrots, herbs and spices
Mixed Green Salad
Spring greens, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers served with mango vinaigrette

Entrees (select two):
Fish Ajwaini
Gram flour-coated crispy fried fish with Indian spices
Malabar Fish Curry
South Indian-style fish curry enriched with coconut milk
Chicken Pepper Masala
Marinated and roasted boneless chicken pieces in an onion and tomato-based gravy with crushed black peppercorns
Murg do Pyaza
Chicken cooked in a rich onion and tomato gray with spices

Vegetable (select one):
Dingri Mutter Masala
Green pea and mushroom curry
Dal Thadka
Tempered lentils with mustard, garlic and chili
Aaloo Jeera
Potatoes tossed with cumin, tumeric and coriander leaves

Accompaniments and Desserts:

Indian Dinner Buffet – $32 per person

Appetizers:
Katchumber Salad
Diced vegetables in lemon cumin dressing
Pappad and Pickles and Raita
Spicy lentil wafers, deep-fried and served with  yogurt mixed with cucumbers, carrots, herbs and spices
Mixed Green Salad
Spring greens, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers served with mango vinaigrette
Vegetable Samosas
Crispy triangular pastry stuffed with spiced potato, served with mint chutney
Pappadi Chaat
Layers of seasoned chickpeas, potatoes, chopped onion, tomatoes, crispy wafer and homemade chutney

Rava Fried Fish with Rechaedo Masala
Semolina and spice-coated crisp fried fish in a spicy, tomato-based sauce
Spicy Fish Curry with Coconut
South Indian-style fish curry enriched with coconut milk
Chicken Tikka Masala
Marinated and roasted boneless chicken pieces cooked with fresh onion, green pepper and nuts in special sauce
Tandoori Chicken
Oven-roasted Tandoori chicken legs
Butter Chicken Curry
Tandoori cooked chicken breast simmered in a delicately spiced creamy tomato based sauce
Chicken Chettinadu
A famous south-Indian style chicken with a spicy, roasted coconut gravy
