Planning a special occasion such as a Baptism or Birthday luncheon or even a Debut Party?  Our Executive Chef has specially designed these Filipino-inspired buffets featuring authentic Filipino dishes mixed with Canadian cuisine to create a fusion buffet sure to please!

Filipino Lunch Buffet – $22 per person

Entrees:
Adobo Chicken
Classic chicken adobo with onions, soy sauce, bay leaves and whole black pepper
Fried Lumpia
Homemade crispy fried vegetable spring rolls served with plum sauce
Beef Kaldereta
Filipino style beef stew with fresh peppers, potatoes and chilies
Sinangang Na Kanin
Garlic stir-fried jasmine rice with carrots, scallions and whipped eggs
Fresh Medley of Seasonal Vegetables

Salads:
Ensaladang Pinoy
Green mixed salad leaves with carrots, onions, tomato and cucumber
Filipino Chicken Macaroni Salad
With mayonnaise, carrots, pineapple and cheddar cheese
Pinoy Fruit Salad
Diced fresh fruit, whipped cream, condensed milk and maraschino cherries

Accompaniments and Desserts:
Bakery fresh artisan rolls with butter
Freshly brewed regular or decaffeinated coffee and assorted specialty teas
Carafe of fresh fruit punch per table
Chef’s dessert table featuring a variety of cakes, pies, parfaits and squares

25 person minimum for lunch buffet (50 for Sundays).
1 hour service. 
Children 5-12 years $11.  Children 4 and under free.

Filipino Dinner Buffet – $32 per person

With our house seasoning mix and mushroom gravy
Adobo Chicken
Classic chicken adobo with onions, soy sauce, bay leaves and whole black pepper
Vegetarian Pancit Bihon Noodles
Rice stick noodles with onion, garlic, carrots, celery, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, soy sauce and scallions
Sinangang Na Kanin

Filipino-style roast suckling pig (full presentation) carved at the buffet station by our Chefs.  (100 person minimum required)
