Dinner Buffets

All buffet dinners are served with bakery fresh artisan rolls and butter and freshly brewed regular or decaffeinated coffee and assorted specialty teas.  25 person minimum, 1 hour-service. 

If any of your guests have food allergies, vegetarian or vegan preferences and feel they are unable to eat from the buffet, our Chefs can prepare a separate dinner plate at point of providing final guest count.  Our staff will direct tables through the buffet unless we are notified of a special seating arrangement.

Prairie Classic Buffet – $30 per person

Chef’s Carving Station:
Roasted Angus beef with cognac flame and five peppercorn gravy
Black pepper and maple glazed turkey breast with herbed turkey gravy and bread and butter stuffing

Entrees:
Stuffed pickled cabbage rolls with white wine
Pan-fried perogies with caramelized onion butter sauce
Baby red roasted potatoes
Fresh medley of seasonal vegetables

Salads:
House Spring Baby Leaf Salad
Organic baby greens, vine ripe tomatoes, English cucumber, grated carrots and red wine vinaigrette
Classic Caesar Salad
Chopped hearts of romaine lettuce, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, focaccia croutons, Asiago-Caesar dressing
Southern Bliss Potato Salad
Baby new potatoes, green onion, diced peppers, boiled egg, fresh dill and house made grainy mustard mayonnaise
Antipasto Pasta Salad
Sun-dried tomato pesto, zucchini, black olives and capers
La Taqueria Quinoa Salad
Quinoa, sweetcorn, vine ripe tomatoes, mixed peppers and cilantro

Cold Accompaniments:

Taste of Saskatchewan Buffet – $34 per person

Entrees:
Saskatchewan steelhead trout
with Gravelbourg mustard and lentil salsa
Six-hour slow roasted and crisped pork
Pork loin, pork belly, pork butt with burgundy red wine and choke cherry gravy
Roast vegetables and Havarti cheese strudel
with pecans and kale salsa verde
Buttermilk and rutabaga mashed potatoes
Granny Smith apples and wild rice pudding brulee-style with bourbon whiskey cream

Salads:
Garden Spring Mixed Baby Leaves Salad
Organic baby greens, vine ripe tomatoes, English cucumber, cranberries
Saskatchewan Beets and Orzo Pasta Salad
Blue cheese, crushed walnuts and horseradish aioli
Saskatchewan Mixed Grains Salad

A guaranteed number of guests attending must be received 72 hours prior to your function. Menu selection to be finalized 21 days in advance.
